Workbook, a companion to the "Get Your Foot in the Door: First Steps" resource

8.00

This workbook is a companion to the resource, Get Your Foot in the Door of Hospital Practice: First Steps for the Acupuncturist or Integrative Health Student Interested in Hospital-Based Practice. It is designed to be used along with that resource. Both are available to purchase on this “support the project” page.

More than just a workbook, this resource will help you map your journey toward hospital-based practice.

This workbook includes an overview of the material in Get Your Foot in the Door and it has additional exercises that walk you through laying the groundwork for your 3 major stepping stones: hospital-based volunteer experiences, shadowing hospital-based practitioners, and cultivating mentor relationships.

The workbook provides motivation for a prospective practitioner to overcome resistance to beginning the pre-work for their goal of hospital-based practice. The workbook breaks the ideas down in simple exercises—exercises that lead you on your first guided steps toward the initial goal, the hospital door. These guided steps soften what can otherwise be an overwhelming prospect.

All revenue generated from the sales of the Workbook Companion go directly to supporting the Hospital-practice Handbook Project. Thank you.
